
On 26th January 2026, the Telangana Retired Police Association proudly celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with great enthusiasm, dignity, and patriotic spirit. The flag hoisting ceremony was organized with immense respect for the nation and in honour of the values enshrined in the Constitution of India. The program began in the early morning hours with the gathering of members at the association premises. A senior and respected retired police officer had the honour of hoisting the National Flag. As the Tiranga unfurled gracefully against the sky, the gathering stood in attention and saluted the flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, echoing a strong sense of patriotism among all present.
The ceremony was not just a symbolic act but a heartfelt tribute to the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters and brave police personnel who dedicated their lives to safeguarding the country.
